There could be a world where AI chat bots are a safe space to explore kinks without shame and provide real joy and catharsis for curious people. Obviously we don’t like in that world but I think its the best use case for chatbots I’ve heard

Suspect this is accurate. Burnham, Streeting et al aren't going to diverge dramatically from Starmer's hostility towards marginalised communities. Without a major u turn, scrapping the current raft of inhumane policies, and ditching those who pushed them, Labour is toast regardless of who is leader

During the campaign Burnham explicitly said he supported Shabana Mahmoods incredibly restrictive immigration plans but go off Camilla

I don’t have strong views on the u16 social media ban but if these platforms are so harmful, why does the govt still use them for comms? Likewise, while kids (and everyone else!) should be encouraged to socialise in-person, they now have far fewer options following brutal cuts to youth services

Tbf it is actually wild that chatbots that can simulate sexual relationships weren’t already only for 18+, but you do not under any circumstances have to hand to Starmer for that one

The solution they’ve proposed is more invasive age verification requirements for everyone so if you don’t have a valid ID I guess you’re not responsible enough to handle that YouTube makeup tutorial
