Leeds man & audio/comedy producer. Work stuff @leadmojo.co.uk My posts, since you asked: https://bsky.app/profile/did:plc:zhglb2ub3qwkn2kpxlwekst3/feed/aaaaqszrsfcwo

there I was eating the spring roll, and that's when I realized- oh no, the mint, is it like lettuce? is this going to kill me? did I make it through everything to die of this delicious bite? so anyway I dipped it in the peanut sauce and took another bite

What do you mean I’m “funny”? Funny what? Like Joe Pesci? Do I entertain you in films about gangsters? Am I a side character in the musical Jersey Boys? Were impressions of me a mainstay on SNL throughout the 80s and 90s? FUNNY HOW?!

watching people you love and respect cutting corners to keep creative pace with an idiot machine, starve themselves to keep pace with a new, more impossible ideal, it is overwhelmingly sad some days and no one is truly immune to it

cabaret, by the way, is a musical set in a nightclub that starts as part of a deliciously seedy underworld where people of all genders, sexualities and ethnicities are welcome but which ends up conforming to mainstream fascism. if you’ve been on bsky for a while i think you’ll really “get” it

just saw cabaret in the west end, and good lord what a production. never seen anything like that effort put into the atmosphere. btw pro tip: the cheap seats in the upper circle are absolutely fine - you see and hear everything.
