If Andy Beshear does not push this to a conclusion that either has him appointing McConnell's replacement, or McConnell reappearing, Beshear will be out of Democratic politics. We need rabble-rousers, not the same quiet, proper Dems who keep losing.

Trump says Democrats forgot to rig the election in 2016, successfully rigged it while *he* was president in 2020, then forgot how to rig it again in 2024. So the only election Democrats supposedly stole was the one he himself controlled. You have to be a special kind of stupid to believe this BS.

" ... and by the way, it’s also unconstitutional” are not words I want to hear from a US District Attorney, as if such a consideration is an afterthought. That said, Federal judges unanimously appointed Roger Rogoff, who was fired less than an hour later by Trump, so one can only hope that he sues.

Taking a victory lap (with Bailey, of course) because our housing bill is now the law—even without Trump’s signature. Double woo-hoo for building more housing and stopping Wall Street investors from buying single family homes. Big win for working families.

Boston is suing Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube. The city says the companies deliberately designed addictive features like endless scrolling, notifications, and algorithms that harm kids' mental health. The lawsuit joins more than 1,500 school districts nationwide.

Jack Smith for President! Given his clarity, honesty, decency, diligence, morality, high principles, patriotism, and adherence to THE LAW - not to mention upholding the Constitution - I'd vote for this guy in a heartbeat.

What a deranged, out of touch, anti-democratic thing to say. What a backward, anti-voter, anti-democracy way to think. Current DNC leadership is awful and has to go, but this dude is even worse - a champion of the status quo, the Epstein class, and a leftover of a neolib world that no longer exists.

I say this with no ill will or animosity: if you hate the Democratic Party, then please don’t run for our nomination. Don’t use our resources. Don’t rely on our volunteers. Don’t use our infrastructure. Don’t ask Democrats to invest their time, money, and energy in your campaign.

How about we halt all support to Israel until they pull out, recognize Palestinian independence, back it with UN/EU protectorate status, and set up tribunals for those that perpetrated this whole crime? There's an alternative, Hillary. Now GTFO.

Opinion: 'If even I, an implacable opponent of the president, can accept this as the best option, then surely others can too?' writes former US secretary of state Hillary Rodham Clinton. ft.trib.al/sjofp0v
