Back door mechanism decided to die on us and the lock had to be drilled out by a real life locksmith. Not only did it take half an hour just to remove the cylinder, but the lock company also requires confirmation before they'll key replacements. Good locks, Ultion. A++ would buy again.

I think I need contact with anyone else who's gone through the breast cancer rollercoaster recently. I've no family, nor anyone else I know that has been through it. I appreciate that you may not want to discuss this, but if you do I'd appreciate it x

Hmm. #Tokyo experimenting with CC payments at Ginza and Ueno. Not sure this will catch on, but it could be useful for end-of holiday journeys when your #Suica is empty and you don't want to top up: soranews24.com/2026/07/24/t...

Having to do website orders using mobile data tethering because the broadband installer didn't make it before 5pm. It's like 2014 all over again.
I love this. #Trump to drop the claim of financial damage again the #BBC because it would mean showing his finances, and for some reason he doesn't want that. So it's 'reputation damage only' now. $10B reputational damages for a non-US broadcast? Jog on, Cheeto. www.theguardian.com/us-news/2026...

Local opticians won't measure my IPD unless they're the ones dispensing. Don't want to pay high street prices, so time to break out the digital callipers.
I wanna say we were robbed but that late second goal just f*cked us. Well done, Argentina. #ENGARG
Nice to see Argentina has embraced rugby but this is neither the time nor the place to display those skills. #engarg
This crossover FIFA/UFC match is certainly interesting #ENGARG
I seem to have tuned in to the Shoveball semi-final by mistake. #ENGARG
Tempted to get a bumper sticker that says "COME CLOSER" and in smaller writing, the name of a local funeral director. Like that subway ad.
Hmmm... it seems Farage was offered taxpayer-funded security last year, but refused it. What's Jenrick banging on about?
Looking for business broadband. The incoming calls started before 9am today. #prayforbiggus
Such a shame that @countbinface.bsky.social will have to wear a human suit if he's elected. Oh well, when in Rome.
This morning I accidentally spilled a bucket of water over my tree's roots while carrying it through the garden. I'm so clumsy that I did this six times on six different trees before I gave up. #hosepipeban
