You're wasting $155 million+ widening a road which was just built a decade ago and which rarely sees any traffic congestion. Your new widened road will still bottleneck into the same congested stretch of Innes Rd as before and the road work will make driving even slower for years to come. Great job!

Noise measurement tests were done and the car was found to be in violation. The driver had to continue his journey on foot and the car is not allowed on public infrastructure until the exhaust is properly muffled
