I should get out more. Eats, sleeps and rides a bike.
As if we needed another reason not to drink the filth! I remember when Doom Bar in Rock was a decent pint, a long, long time ago. When MC took over it became pap, and then ubiquitous pap. If you walk into a pub and that's on the bar, understand that they know nothing about beer and care even less.
Woman’s rugby union player on radio 4 this morning said about Sean Edwards ‘he’s very northern, I have difficulty understanding him sometimes’. Well I think that’s what she said!
When I say massive I mean humongous. Half acre plot with planning permission for one 9000sq feet house. Yes one house at 9000sqfeet. Ridiculous
@bjbrightwell.bsky.social · 3d agoWe’ve been in Rhosneigr for a few days. Every square inch is being built on. With massive three story houses. I mean massive. It’s mad.
Your weekend reminder that Nigel Farage wants to - leave the ECHR - repeal the Equality Act - Strip back workers rights - Lift restrictions on exploitative zero-hours contracts - repeal the Renters’ Rights Act which abolishes no fault evictions He is not on your side youtu.be/KxOQRt8PQys?...
If UK media actually explained Nigel Farage’s policies to the public no one would be supporting him

On the same day diesel hit £2 a litre for the first time, we took 50+ cargo bikes onto the streets of London for the seventh Cargo Bike Cruise. While diesel vans are getting more expensive to run, cargo bikes are becoming a practical and cheaper option for more and more businesses.
"I should just point out that we don't have any Lib Dems on the panel as they only have 71 MPs, but Suella Braverman is here because Reform have 8 MPs"
Belly boarding in Rhosneigr on vintage 1960’s plywood board. Life doesn’t get any better.

Andy Burnham, "We could stay as we are.. We could look at what George Osborne has said about a Customs Union.. We can look at what the Liberal Democrats have said about the Single Market" "Or we could go all the way" #RejoinEU
Trump says they were following the raf suspects but someone coming home from a party alerts the local police. Not following very well I’d say Donny.
I think it makes it worse that the Republic of Ireland team are going to wear black armbands to replace their backbones.

The best way to not feel hopeless is to get up and do something. Don’t wait for good things to happen to you. If you go out and make some good things happen, you will fill the world with hope, you will fill yourself with hope. ― Barack Obama Cycling generates hope - better health, greater happiness.
