I love how Lord Stanley's Mug has the aura that the World Cup never will. I remember seeing it in Toronto as a kid, likely on display out of pity for the city, and grown men were having their picture taken with it and not getting near it just in case they had a chance to win it.

Relying on advertising is a stupid thing for any technology whose USP to investors is that it will make as many people as possible unemployed. How will we earn money to buy the things that the AI lies to us are best?
