Half the people in that crowd are there for the live streaming views. If the police brought mobile signal jammers to these protests, half the crowd would give up immediately because they cant stream it.

Today is shaping up to be a big day in the Ukraine war, and not a lot of people seem to be talking about it. Let's dive in for a very quick moment. You might be forgiven for thinking that the war is at a stalemate, as neither side has been gaining significant ground for a while. BUT: 1/7

The people who fought for democracy. I prefer them to the loud mouthed, rabble rouser Farage. Farage is a test for the UK voter & illustrates how many nasty, ignorant people live amongst the population. Let us be under no illusion, these voters are not patriots, or good citizens. They're the rot.

I think the SNP are boned Their supporters are still trying to support Sturgeon. This is like pushing water uphill She's 'gone, baby, gone.' The idea these bozos could deal with the challeges of an independent Scotland is...pathetic

He was too busy, that’s a laugh for a start, to turn up to Parliament. He’s a sham MP and he brings Democracy into disrepute. Fools continue to vote for him and his clown show and he’s taking them for a ride.

Very depressed to see some I follow and thought was ok disabling replies & reposts as SHE trashes Starmer & advocates Burnham You want to say that - fine - but don't hide

The Guardian ran this misleading headline last week, I reacted to the headline not having read the story - and then read the story. There’s no mention in Blair’s essay of abandoning net zero or getting closer to Trump. This headline is deceitful.

My main concern with the Henry Nowak case is NOT about race, but that the kid - stabbed multiple times & bleeding out - was bloody HANDCUFFED as he was dying WTAF Questions that needs to be answered

I do resent Scots Nats on FB saying 'what tae f*ck has it got to do with you' as they see I'm English Two things - in the referendum (where no-one who didn't live in Scotland was allowed to vote) - the people voted to stay in the UK Am I not allowed to comment on Russia? USA? Israel? Silly people

When the father of a murdered son makes a public statement saying "we do not want his death to be used to create further division, hatred or tension", then I believe it's incumbent on any news outlet reporting on Farage's comments to ensure people know he has chosen to disregard the family's wishes.

The Mandy waffle, just proves he never changed, he is a moaning whining old gossip. Leopards don't change their spots, worked with a number of people just like him, stab you in the back whilst giving you a consoling hug.

The Mandelson story ceased being of interest to most of the public when he was sacked Sept 2025. Kept alive by media wanting to bring the Gov down. Pointless. Will never work. Those pursuing the media’s work within Labour should take note. You’ve backed the wrong horse.

Anyone know how much it costs to set up a Super Injunction? A super-injunction is a court order that does two things: 1 Prevents publication of certain information, and 2 Prevents reporting that the injunction itself exists. Is it £5m? Or will he have change?

Replies restricted so I'm having to quote post but this is disingenuous, this is a completely unnecessary by-election being held because the sitting Labour MP stood down to facilitate Burnham's ambitions. If he wins another unnecessary Mayoral election will follow, shabby behaviour.

Fantastic to be over in Makerfield to campaign in the by-election last week to support the brilliant Andy Burnham as the Labour & Co-operative candidate. 🌹🐝
