Do you know how hard it is to replicate Commodore 64 colors on an LCD? The "official" hex codes are voltages off the VIC-II. That signal hit NTSC composite into a CRT at 9300K, gamma 2.4. On sRGB at 6500K they look muddy and purple. No true C64 RGB. So I cheat with CGA #0000AA. I lie. Looks right.
