I worked at silver sprocket for many years when it began, making the switch from springman records into SS. This is a long time coming and repeating many of the mistakes that made the record label fell apart. Back then it could be blamed on youthful incompetence, at this point I'm not as generous.

Every pride month I'm tempted to be bothered that "be gay do crime" has been watered down from back when I was a nasty genderfuck squatter but just can't. One of the 15 defendants in Minnesota indicted on "Antifa" charges for allegedly standing up to ICE is simply accused of writing an article we published about the murder of Renee Good. The author describes an ICE agent shooting a pepper ball at his eye, point-blank. You can read the article here:

Anarchists are mentioned on 17 of the indictment’s 94 pages. In the list of acts allegedly part of the conspiracy is someone who “wrote an article” for an “anarchist blog,” the long-running website CrimethInc.

Helps to realize the tension within the MAGA/Right Wing world is between a group that wants to steal as much as possible and doesn't worry about popularity and another that is focused on a long term, anti-democratic fascist project. Where they meet is a willingness for violence and ending elections

Also worth noting that police near always have a more direct working relationship with the real estate/large property firms of a city than other arm of government. If they feel answerable to anyone it's those ghouls.
