I've done couch to 5K before but that was when I was younger and I am very out of shape now. Some time ago @courtneymilan.com recommended None 2 Run, which starts much slower and gentler, so I gave that a try. Which is why I'm doing this thread--to pay this forward, for someone who might need it.
