Soooo many campaigns and advocacy orgs are using AI for social media graphic design and NGL it makes me think less of those candidates and orgs when I see it.

Having opinions on fonts and layout design seems goofy until you attend 20+ industry conferences and see too many people fill slides with walls of tiny text few people can read or understand. And now AI slop posters. Graphic design matters.

I believe you it's worse there than DC, but one of my "before vs. after COVID times" theories is that people forgot how to accommodate others in shared space. I am regularly getting run off DC sidewalks by groups 2-4 abreast who just expect me to evaporate when we cross paths, I guess?
My least favorite things about being back in the midwest beside car culture are Minnesotans‘ general lack of spacial awareness in more crowded areas
