Tonight’s #HATM questions: 1) What's your favorite heist in history or in a film? or both? 2 Fav film with a remake? (as this is a remake of 1968 film & is getting a remake in 2026) 3 What’s on the menu at your place tonight? #HATM #ThomasCrownAffair

Am told at the blue ash Ohio ICE office today that a bunch of springfield Haitians were told to just “check in” at are now having ankle monitors put on them, which, uh….. they’re not supposed to be fucking doing that

RFK Jr.'s claim that only sick kids die of measles ignores immune amnesia. Measles can wipe out existing immunity to other infections, making previously healthy children more vulnerable. In other words, measles creates more "sick kids." Also, sick kids don't deserve to die.

One day several years ago, I got an anonymous handwritten, threatening letter delivered to my campus mailbox, and then someone (the same person? someone else?) DM'd me on twitter from a burner account, with a photo of my driveway with my car parked in it. This is real and it's dangerous

There are a lot of important things going on. Maybe this isn’t a top twenty concern. But, this is actually workplace harassment, the kind that can get people killed.

drunk girl trying to tell her friends that she thinks they are “weekend at Bernie’s” with McConnell, but she has got completely the wrong movie and keeps calling it “doing a Fish Called Wanda” with him and I’m dying

People should be normal in response to criticism of things they like. However, that essay reads like when Reviewer 2 decides you stepped on their toes and they misinterpret and find fault with every single thing in front of them.

Ok, so this person's experience was worse than mine, but his story was incredibly familiar. In March, I was flying from Orlando to Louisville on American. I had a layover in Philadelphia. My plane out of Louisville was mildly delayed, but I had a significant layover so I made my connection...

Here’s a person on TikTok that has almost 4 million followers telling his story about his travels on an American Airlines flight from DAL to NYC that had to land in PHI bc they ran out of fuel. Vid has 6 mill views. www.tiktok.com/t/ZP8tdjfrN/

Four years ago, Biden gave a speech warning about the dangers to democracy and the networks refused to air it because it was "political." I wonder if Trump making a partisan case for relitigating the 2020 election and calling for his political opponents to be jailed is going to be "political" too?

As Biden warned about democracy’s collapse, TV networks aired reruns
While broadcasters typically air a prime-time address by the president, they determined that this speech was more ‘political’ than newsworthy for live coverage

As has been the case for six years any news outlet taking trump live thursday night after he said he’ll lie about the 2020 election and the legitimacy of georgia’s senators is explicitly endorsing that lie as a legitimate opinion

I remember being a teen in the back of a van during a vacation in Florida. My brother in law took a wrong turn and it took me 45 mins to convince them we were headed for the gulf coast instead of Orlando. The adults were annoyed that I (rightly) insisted I could read the map better than they could.

Can’t lie, the fact that y’all were driving with PAPER maps is insane. Even worse, you had to ask random strangers for directions??

Excuse me. Time to take some selfies wearing aviators and a ball cap in the front seat of my giant truck with the two square foot flatbed and caption it “Lions do not concern themselves with the opinions of sheep.”
