I finally figured out how to get daily Arctic sea-ice volume data from PIOMAS (thanks Torstein!). The graphic below shows daily sea-ice volume since Jan. 1, 1979. So far, 2026 is tracking the previous record low, set in 2017. Will we see a new record low maximum? Stay tuned!
