Evolved Chimp You can carry it onto a commercial flight as luggage. You set it down in moving water. And immediately, it generates enough electricity to power a dozen homes for five years. Germany just solved off-grid power without pouring a single ounce of concrete.

The whole point of the Bill of Rights is to protect the only true minority - the individual. It limits the governments power to harm the individual. The whole constitution is designed to limit the governments power.

Finally got V14 Lite for my HW3 Model Y and am excited. I’ve used it on a commute to/from work today and it’s definitely better! Was surprised it backed into my driveway then garage which is my usual routine. I only expected it to pull forward into the driveway and not even go into the garage. 🤯

I'm never going to get over the fact that the president of the United States paid a woman more than $5 million after a jury found him liable for raping her. And he's still president. And people still support him. Never. Get. Over. It.

I think one reason data center outrage is so pronounced is people spent decades recycling and composting and otherwise scrimping to offset energy use and protect clean water, and the second we hit an inflection point for cheap electricity the banking industry said we’re taking all of it, fuck you

Maine is in absolute outrage! Protesters took over Senator Susan Collins’ office chanting "VOTE HER OUT" after an ICE thug brutally executed a 26-year-old Colombian man. We demand immediate accountability for this state-sponsored murder! Enough is enough!

Great 🧵 on gig worker exploitation by Uber, Grubhub/Doordash, and the like. While we're at it, the food delivery apps "punishing" Seattle (for trying to intercede) with the $5 surcharge when they rake in millions is the epitome of unethical business and corporate gaslighting.

The fact that they have *all* the information (while drivers have none) allows them to extract vast amounts of totally unpaid labor from those drivers. And then, once a passenger gets in the car, Uber's informational systems let it pay the driver the absolute *minimum* they will accept. 34/

As Americans struggle with the cost of rent or mortgage payments, the president has a message for you: buzz off. He’s not interested. He made two billion off the presidency last year, and he couldn't care less about the hardships of ordinary people.

And let’s not forget the writers, producers and crew who also made the Late Show what it was and who have lost their jobs because our president is a thin-skinned thug who deeply fears the ridicule he so richly deserves.

Can reporters stop using the word deal? It’s an agreement, a settlement, a treaty, an understanding, an MOU etc. Using the word deal is accepting his simple-minded TV game-show framing and contributes to the bogus drama he is trying to create.

Effective 2025 federal tax rates paid by these corporations: Alphabet: 8.01% AT&T: 4.6% Meta: 3.57% General Motors: 3.09% Amazon: 1.37% Exxon Mobil: 1.31% Disney: -1.57% CVS Health: -3.88% Income tax rate paid by the typical American: 14.5% This is what a rigged system looks like.

They will go down, one by one... Whether it happens from the top down or bottom up, once the floodgates come open, they'll all be washed away. That is what the White House needs - an Enema! Then, the GOP needs to be scrutinized - both Congress & members of the electorate who have enabled this.
