Wow, that was a blast! I know the bar is awfully l-o-w, but best RESIDENT EVIL movie yet. Just go for the ride, it's the first horror/sf franchise entry feature in a long time that instantly engaged me & kept its pacing & sanity/insanity to the final frame.
This is everything I want from a comic book cover: dynamic, colorful, possibly related to the interior story, it's gonna be so easy to sell this book.

Today is Joe Kubert's birthday. I did a stack of short backups in the war books Joe edited back at the beginning of my career and each job was an education. Joe would correct my storytelling, pencils, inks as I turned the work in. This page, he pretty much just totally re-inked :) Thanks, Joe ❤️

I listened to that new Elephant Graveyard video about the Rogansphere this week. I’ve heard dry humor before, but EG’s humor comes in powdered form. That’s NOT meant as a dig. Whoever he is, he’s very good at what he’s doing. And he does it in a way that really sneaks up on you.
Honestly? The primary reason why I didn't transition much younger was an UTTER lack of information. I'd seen trans women on talk shows being humiliated and treated like villains. But never a trans man. Until Brandon Teena. I learned about him and his murder via the Jerry Springer show.
