There is SO much to talk about with SWEET HOME. Kiyoshi Kurosawa's early style development, how we may never see the theatrical cut, the incredible work from legend Dick Smith and the entire effects crew, and the melting. Oh, melt fans, the melting in this movie. Divine.

No better time to restart, especially with such a great Halloween pilot. Written by George Romero and directed by Bob Balaban, you should watch "Trick or Treat".

I genuinely believe BOORMAN AND THE DEVIL is going to become an essential, inextricable companion to EXORCIST II. We did our @genrevision.com episode on the infamous sequel 8 years ago. BOORMAN AND THE DEVIL is so illuminating that I think we could revisit EXORCIST II for an entire second episode.

It's rare that a movie really gets my pulse pounding on @genrevision.com, but the scene in BODY SNATCHERS where Meg Tilly gets her unforgettable monologue is like a hypodermic needle of adrenaline right through the sternum. It got all my internal klaxons screaming, lights flashing. Incredible.

DOPPELGÄNGER is like a movie from an alternate reality, a movie that makes you feel feverish, or like you have brain worms. Don’t spoil yourself, just watch it. It’s friggin’ nuts.

You will be confused, creeped out, and ultimately blown away by its insanity. I'd kill to do a commentary track for a 4K restoration. This movie is very, very special to us at GenreVision. (GERDOP!)
ALL THAT MONEY CAN BUY is one of the best black and white films we’ve ever covered on @genrevision.com. Equal parts charming and chilling, this New England folk tale of the Devil’s influence is a stone-cold classic. I fear its reputation is waning, due to age. But it’s so, so good.
