Okay so started on the Latin list and the Cubans are nearly impossible for me to track through official records because neither Ancestry or FamilySearch have access to any Cuban records databases and can't find any online Cuban papers post-Revolution. I'll need to find a Cuban contact I figure...
Here's the latest on my hunt for the 891 missing Negro League players. Yesterday, was able to finish working on the list of 752 American players. The tally of found players now stands at 74 with another handful that I'm waiting on confirmation of from Seamheads because they have some ambiguity.
This is what WWE state media is doing today.
WWE Radio's Ray Deadly has entered the chat.
Can you believe it? A curtain call for a visiting player at Citi Field who just homered against the Mets? Pete Alonso.

Waxing about the hyper political decision to throw out the World Series pitch as something somehow apolitical, while getting the basic matchup info wrong is probably the most American thing so fuck me for being cursed to know, I guess
Coby Mayo hits his 23rd home run of the season. It's his third straight homer off a righty. Mayo is becoming -- has become? -- a dangerous power hitter. The playing time he has received in the second half is a big help. And his blast puts Baltimore ahead, 7-2
Will be posting this every year for the rest of my life
Perfect Circle (esp live) is one of the most gorgeous songs ever written ('by Mr Bill Berry') but low-key Swan Swan H could be 150 years old - it blows bullshit 'Americana' out of the water
