But @jessiegender.bsky.social is right - think of the amount of times HBO commented on GOT leaks and downloads, just as an example. They DO track these things, and even that drives interest. Let this show die. Trans people deserve better.
EG fell for it too. :( The Capcom presentation contains a slide with "AI世代のゲームエンジンへ" - the article omits the "へ", for one, but the issue is that while 世代 means 'generation', it's in the 'console generation' sense, not like GenAI. Without へ, translation software gets it totally wrong.

I was just told earlier today that my job will be terminating me on October 13th, exactly one day before my upcoming requested paid medical leave to recover from bottom surgery. I intend to fight this in court, but I could really use some help in the meantime.
I do believe in rehabilitation, I do believe that people who have committed horrific atrocities should receive support. I do not believe that rapists and sexual abusers should have public platforms and access to an audience.
If I cannot ever truly be healed from what happened to me, and how severely it affects me even in the context of how many more times I would be sexually assaulted, I do not believe that people who cause such trauma should have their "transgressions" waved away like some innocent childhood accident.
To the people who believe that he should be forgiven for a "mistake" in his "youth": The first time that I was sexually assaulted was when I was 18. I am now 38. That first time still lives with me, haunts me, is forever intermingled with the lifelong PTSD that will never go away.

Then there's the years long wait lists for the clinic in the first place. They likely wouldn't be seen before they age out. The whole system is a sick joke. There's absolutely no evidence for any of these waiting periods. They needlessly delay care.
And I'll also add that assessments for ADHD and Autism are recommended under the NHS before referral to a gender clinic. So a 13 year old trans kid asking for a referral would need to wait two years for an assessment for autism before they can even be referred and assessed for gender dysphoria.
