One of my favorite bands of all time! I used to be in a Morphine cover band where I sung and played a two stringed bass along with a saxophon playing old pal of mine. Loved that.
Sure, this job would probably go quicker if I didn't stop every five minutes and go "wait, I own that?" But, wait, I owned this?
Morphine is the only one of those I'm not familiar with. Heard of the band, but that's a blindspot I may need to correct

When I think about musicians that passed early, I don't get emotional - except for Mark Sandman.
I saw Morphine live at the Masonic Lodge at Hollywood Forever in the mid 90s and Mark Sandman introduced “I Had My Chance and I Let it Go” by saying “this song is about trying to make a left turn in Los Angeles.”
Great album! Mark Sandman left us way too early.
