My Danish upbringing may not have been great but a) I learned to cook without recipes, b) I know how to forage, c) I can do most crafts, and d) if things fail, I can mostly mend them.
Tonight's dinner is a Scottish/British takeaway on my favourite Danish comfort food: biksemad. I've chopped up cold baked potatoes, an onion, and some chicken sausages we had kicking about. All into a deep frying pan with some thyme, pepper & Worcestershire sauce. And browning it all off .. 1/

What part of my resting bitch face, a laptop, and absolute focus as I type away makes a stranger think he should shuffle up and call me darling? You'd think blue hair, wedding ring, middle-ageness, and pride badge would be sufficient but add the rbf and the laptop .. and I'm at a loss.
