CSP being pressed to take even just /kissing/ off their asset store and FA being told that plus sized characters are considered adult should be a giant waving red flag to folks. Sex workers have /always/ been right to say these policies never stop with 1 type of content. They always wanna ban more.

TLDR: Fur Affinity's advertising partners are demanding that they ban adult content. Sciggles and FA want to firmly tell them to go fuck themselves. If they're going to be able to afford to do that, they need the community's help. Pitch in. Keep furry weird. www.furaffinity.net/journal/1143...

this takes an incredible amount of character, not just to give it up, but to admit all of this. This guy has more guts than any AI fuck by a mile, and maybe more than us too. People who've managed to escape AI usage are invaluable towards convincing others to do the same.

I wrote an essay about why I'm done using AI for coding, even if it costs me my job and career: brettcodes.com/im-done-usin... The basic gist is: AI made me a worse, apathetic programmer. I think it's bad for humanity, the planet, and the craft of software engineering. And I'm done using it.

My soft sculpture for the upcoming show at @whose-pgh.bsky.social !! Really excited about the show, although sad I can't see it in person. if you're nearby you should absolutely attend!!! She's full of flax seeds and honestly smells amazing in an ancient way

thinking abt this w/ furries and our apparel. mass-produced apparel BY DEFAULT has TONS of plastics & harsh chemicals & they don't care about toxic water runoff from screenprinting regularly. DTF printing is WAY more harmful too, w/ EACH SHIRT creating a whole sheet of plastic waste w/ toxic glue!!

a poster from Printnatural.com that shows a paint can pouring black ink over a DTF printer that's printing out a skull and crossbones labeled "POISON". the black ink from the can has text superimposed that reads "PRINT LIKE YOU GIVE A SH*T"

the poster reads as follows:
"WE SCREEN PRINT WITH: organic water based inks, 100% organic indigo, reclaimed sewage sludge. WE SCREEN PRINT ON: sustainable t-shirts, sustainable sweats, sustainable totes.

WARNING! Other companies print with plastic and use 'DTF' transfers that create tons of plastic waste! DTF & plastic printers are everywhere, don't let them continue to poison our planet!

LOOKOUT!
People will offer to print you shirts with plastic or DTF transfers! These are the lowest quality & most toxic ways to print. DTF literally creates a sheet of plastic waste covered in toxic adhesive for every shirt produced... gross!"

This has been a thorn for me for years and I beg you to look into where you get things made, we know that money is a way of agreeing to the deal. What is the deal you made, is someone getting screwed? Consider the entire cost of your product, who makes it, who buys it, and how it is disposed of
