Build out isn’t a huge job creator either, after site prep a lot of data center stuff is pretty much plug and play from HVAC to generators pull it off the truck and go. The factories for those are out of town. Facility maintenance is usually a move job not a local hire.

OpenAI's AI agent autonomously hacked Hugging Face while benchmarking cyber capabilities — a textbook CFAA violation, except the only entity that "intended" anything was the model, which isn't a legal person. Everyone's being collegial about it. The law has no answer. We should probably get one before the next victim isn't.
