You know how a lot of sinks have little false drawers under the basin so they match with whatever counter they're installed on? When I was little, my dad told me they were to trick burglars into spending all night trying to open them looking for valuables and I believed him for about a decade.

Got a nonsensical email from the new apartment manager about our insurance, which they say has been cancelled (it hasn't), and how we need to follow the provided instructions (not provided) to get new insurance. Spoke to him in person and he said "I dunno, they just gave me this stuff to email out"
