I recently experienced a surreal moment at work. We had a project slipping down the backlog for weeks because the estimated effort was too high. We spent days in meetings debating the approach. Then a coworker just... did it. Used AI to scaffold the whole thing in one day.

We just had a Customer Experience week where EVERYONE can tackle any part of Buffer to make our customer experience better. Seeing non-engineers shipping code? Always a highlight.
