She keeps shouting at the DOJ attorney for not immediately calling plaintiffs and notifying the court the MOMENT they found out what the NPS was going to do late on Oct 8. DOJ's attorney responds and says "we did our best" and Reyes responds: "You did not do your best. You did your absolute worst."
