Rod Liddle has died. He blazed a trail from international socialist in Labour to the xenophobic "left conservatism" of zombie Social Democratic Party. He wrote for the Guardian until 2003, then increasingly curled out his stale pale male opinions in RW press. He'll mostly be remembered as a nonce.

The Infantino downfall just gets funnier and funnier. Guy gets himself a golden gig, builds an apparently unassailable position, buddies up with Trump and stumbles into the same stinking pit of misery that all Trump-adjacent buffoons eventually plop into. Anyway, how long until the midterms..?
