Glad to sharing our new paper addressing timing issues between video features and BOLD responses during movie watching. And we showed that deconvolution can be done using continuous feature time series as inputs to derive hemodynamic response functions (HRFs).

Happy New Year! I am happy to share our latest preprint, using pretrained CNN and fMRI data in the eye ball to predict participants' gaze positions. We also showed that we can use the predicted gaze position to identify eye-movement related brain regions. #neuroscience #neuroimaging
