We are joined once more by @androgynyfiend.bsky.social to discuss an important question: after 2014's "Trans Tipping Point", amidst a landscape of cultural shifts and legal victories, where did it all go wrong? Our Season Two premiere episode is available now, early on Patreon!

Isaac's deconstruction of the 'privilege' framework here is desperately vital because it's no longer used as a tool to name and identify vectors of oppression, but rather a competitive bludgeon through which we assert why others don't have it as bad as we do. It has become anti-solidarity.

Pixar’s scrapped film ‘BE FRI’ reportedly had a similar tone to ‘KPop Demon Hunters.’ A former staffer claims Disney felt “little boys couldn’t see themselves in it,” allegedly saying, “We can’t have a girl power movie.”

Occasionally I run into trans ppl who are like "gosh sometimes I wish I could transition again. Like if I was assigned a different sex at birth, I would've transitioned too. I would transition again, only that's impossible" and I'm like. C'mon man. Don't make me develop a stare like in The Office

Oslo University Hospital claims their long process for gatekeeping trans healthcare is about reducing the risk of regret. In practice, long wait times with a high risk of being denied treatment and appointments on short notice incentivise patients to ignore concerns and just take what's offered
