"I used an LLM to help me write, but it was just to polish the style and grammar" is something you've probably come across, or done yourself. Many conferences and journals and teachers are ok with this. But does it...? Just focus on the style and grammar...?

At Cosyne, Chris Olah from Anthropic told us that neuroscientists had “3-4 years left to make a contribution” Why was not clear. Perhaps he was hinting at the below graph accompanying today’s Claude Science launch. Apparently we’ll all be obsolete soon.

Very proud of my doctoral student Lina Eicke-Kanani and co-authors: Lina's first first-author paper received the Early Career Best Paper Prize from i-Perception! We use the oblique effect to naturally vary sensory uncertainty, finding effects on subjective causality judgments in launching displays.
