Provisional Met Office data shows this summer was the hottest ever on record. Thousands of deaths due to dangerous heat. Crops destroyed by drought. Homes threatened by fires. Labour must not approve Rosebank or Jackdaw in this new climate chaos. No new oil and gas.

It seems the only politician who is willing or would actually do the right thing is Zack. I don’t understand why Burnham dilly dallys, because he just looks spineless or there’s something else that’s preventing him from acting in the public’s best interest. Sponsorship or donations maybe?

I heard Lee Anderson on Today saying that no one wanted to live next to an HMO housing people seeking asylum. As far as I can tell, my back garden abuts the back garden of a house that does indeed house asylum seekers, so I thought I'd give a brief account of why I am in fact fine about it.

Yet again, the Government is failing to treat the climate emergency with any sense of urgency at all. Climate-wrecking airport growth mainly helps people spend money abroad, when we could invest in green transport, connecting people to brilliant domestic destinations like, er, Brighton instead.
