I've had cases where America First Legal was on the other side. I assure you, however evil you think Stephen Miller is, he is worse. His asshole firm argued in open court that Black teachers shouldn't teach white students because they're anti-white racists and contribute to white genocide.
In the wake of Brand, Walliams, Edwards et al et seq ad infinitum, it is about time that there were consequences for the people who knew and enabled their behaviour by continuing to hand out contracts and commissions--wealth and power--and who are enabling other men doing the same thing right now.
Honestly, all gag orders should be banned. They serve literally no legitimate purpose. If someone does something wrong they should never get to silence that. We already have laws for defamation to cover untrue things so the government should legislate to remove any court's power to enforce a gag.

Today at the Williamsport ICE warehouse: unmarked grey enclosed cargo trailers towed in by unmarked SUVs through the open doors, at least ten that were not there before, two roll-off dumpsters full of debris at the docks, and roughly 100 vehicles now stored

Let me tell you about Russell Brand, as someone who helped the journalists who eventually exposed him. In 2013/4, Brand started to become interested in progressive politics. He said progressive things publicly, went on Newsnight etc. At the time I was involved in progressive grassroots work myself.
I think it's a massive analysis error to group Musk in with the rest of the tech class, even if there's some cross-pollination of brainworms. He funded half Trump's campaign and assumed he had bought his own federal government he could remake following the same model of how he purged Twitter.
