On the one hand, moving to Serato as my main software - I regret the ability to be able to prep music from say, my phone and have it sync up. On the other - I’m not paying a subscription every month, and instead of running out the djay license, using it as a sketch pad for scratch ideas.

Watching the Call of Duty fanbase lose their shit over SBMM versus a fighting game fanbase will never not be hilarious to me. low key anything online should steal guilty gear strive

Glad to see that, in all the chaos and venom that's enveloped the world in the past couple decades, we're devoting our energies to going after the true threats: furry artists who reflect on and share their personal experiences

I love Peter's origin story. Sometimes you've got to aim for the stars, however far away they seem. I always wanted to be a games dev, and a friend of mine, who was massively into indie bands as a teen, is now a music writer and journalist who gets to interview all his favourite bands.

In 1976, the Bishopbriggs Times interviewed a 17-year-old Doctor Who fan called Peter Capaldi about his favourite programme...

Newspaper article from the Bishopbriggs Times headlined "All Peter wants is a Tardis in his bedroom!" with a secondary headline "The fan who's a friend of all the stars," byline "By Alister Blyth." The article is about a young Peter Capaldi, aged 17, a devoted Doctor Who fan who has befriended cast members of the show. Text columns are accompanied by four photos: a large image of a Dalek prop; a photo of Peter with Jon Pertwee, captioned "Peter and friend...with Jon Pertwee, who first invited Peter down to the studios to see 'Dr Who' filmed"; a photo of Peter with Elizabeth Sladen holding a stuffed toy, captioned "Peter and friend...with Elizabeth Sladen, who plays Sarah in the series. She introduced him to Tom Baker"; and a photo of Peter with Tom Baker, captioned "Peter and friend...with Tom Baker, the latest 'Dr Who'. 'The stars are all marvellous,' says Peter. 'They make you feel so important.'"
