We have 3 fantastic papers covering a range of topics in games and archaeological play; game assets in The Talos Principle as digital spolia, reconstructing the rules of the ancient board game Pente Grammai and a new method for allowing researchers to return to any saved state in a game recording

PERSEPOLIS (book & film) are both epic masterpieces that find their way to young people. I've taught both a bunch and never had a class that didn't *get* PERSEPOLIS. That's a miracle of its own. Satrapi's voice and imagination are so alive. I wrote about that here: newrepublic.com/article/2114...

I need you all to wishlist this. I only want to make insane art games but I've realised I need to promote them more if I'm going to make a career out of it. And check out my older games, they still have something to say I reckon. For good or for bad, I don't think anyone makes games like mine.
