There is a fair amount of good here. The cutscene direction is stellar, Arciela's design is pretty sick, GEO and RUN are cool, Ra'kaznar is a cool looking final zone even if it sucks ass to traverse because it's simply too big.

If you watch a UK Nintendo Direct you'll see that they just say "game" instead of "the [game] game" like in the US. Which means that they make the narrator record two versions of the same line every time he mentions the name of a Nintendo game.

I'm trembling while writing this: Kamaitachi no yoru—not the PC remake, not the iOS port, but the actual original SFC version—has been translated at last by ButThouMust, who graciously brought us an English patch for Otogirisou in the past. This is HISTORICAL.

Finished watching those Korean documentaries, I'm so sad they're stuck in Netflix Korea. The 2nd episode is great - a 1h overview of 90s-2000s online game culture in Korea, from MUDs & early MMOs to how PC bangs, casual games & avatar-based chat services radically changed the culture and business.
