In the last few weeks i've been bombarded with emails from people who have minor tech support problems. ChatGPT is telling them to email me, writing their emails, and compiling "evidence packets" after convincing them they have stumbled on a major story: www.404media.co/chatgpt-keep...

the fact that it pre-writes them emails, depicting their personal issue as a news scoop is what sells it for me. this is pretty clearly also supposed to delegitimize genuine whistleblowers.

trans people are by and large the working class. we get paid less than cis people overall (trans men make less than cis women, and trans women make less than everyone). we face housing and job discrimination. when will the conmentariat get this into their goddamned heads

Josh Turek of Iowa, Democrat, comes out with one of the worst anti-trans ads yet. Not only is it an anti-sports ad, it proposes a ban on federal funding for gender affirming care. That would hit all medicaid and medicare patients, and any ACA federally-subsidized plans as well. Horrific.

A part of this not mentioned is that Texas used to let kids transition. I volunteered at a camp for trans kids in Houston when I was in college (pre transition I know I know how did I not know I was trans). Guess where part of that camp was? Texas Children’s. That’s how much we lost

There was so much to hope for being trans in 2011 even in Texas and it’s all gone, it’s all gone because every cis person decided to shouldn’t exist. It is collectively their fault that we don’t have a kinder world, and that the kids that need this care will in many cases die from lack of it 

Pretty cool how someone didn't want to wear a mask during a pandemic and now I just get to suffer with perpetual fatigue and a bunch of fun new health problems for the rest of my life as a result.

The elections are on next Tuesday, and so much is at stake, including the soul of the Democratic Party when it comes to transgender people. I am asking you to leave a very small number of races blank in which a Democrat has embraced extreme anti-trans hate. I make my case here.

Reducing trans people to an "issue" instead of being seen as people has been purposefully done for the exact same reason other marginalized people were reduced to a "problem" or a "question".
