As with every other problem facing the state, the solution to the housing crisis is to get FF and FG out of government, and to keep them out for a century.

We seem to be doing everything to please the market (from tax breaks to changing rules) but yet fail miserably in taxing vacant homes & bringing empty homes back into use And affordable housing has lost all meaning in Ireland Affordable for who? Worrying times for those struggling to find a home
