I believe Ted Cruz is eligible because the term natural-born citizen should be read against the common law's historical practice and subsequent American practice, given the text. It isn't hard to extend legal principles to your political opponents if you actually believe them, I reckon.

Graham Platner has no real job skills or career, which means that if he drops out, it is highly likely he pops up in a few months on Tucker Carlson's podcast looking for a new audience by complaining about how AIPAC smeared him because they feared his stance against the "Epstein elites."

I think this is a good example of why having candidates dropping from the sky is a bad thing, and why having candidates come out of cadres is a good thing. There is a reason why people like Zohran don’t have these issues. They had to build a reputation inside an organization for years.
