See, when people on the left say they won't vote for a centrist, Tom yells at them and says they have a duty to vote blue in order to fight fascism. But, if a progressive wins the primary, it magically isn't the responsibility of Dem voters to fight fascism. The ratchet only moves right.

I voted against the creation of ICE, and I was the first Senator to call for ICE to be abolished. What we actually need in this country is a pathway to citizenship, not punishment for the pursuit of the American Dream.
I'm not forgetting Moreno's role in all of this. He knew about the violence and didn't protect his daughter because saving a Republican seat was more important than saving his own daughter & grandchild. His political career should be over, too.

Please stop saying “lockdowns.” There were never true lockdowns in the US, and it fuels far right narratives to repeat this inaccurate statement. You can say closures, you can say restrictions, or better, you can say public health measures which saved many lives.
Susan Collins announcing she'll vote against a controversial nominee is basically the moment it becomes clear that nominee will be confirmed. It means Thune has enough votes to confirm, and thus, Collins gets a pass to look independent.

People still complain about “lockdowns” but we had none in the US. We had stay-at-home orders, where although businesses were closed, you could still go outside whenever you wanted. Other countries had far stricter rules, and yet have been much more accepting of them as they saved many more lives.
Since RFK Jr. is claiming covid was fake again, I'm going to remember the lady who had to watch her toddler die outside of an ER in India because they didn't have room to admit her.
No wonder he wants that non-prosecution agreement so badly. The dude is a walking crime spree. Money laundering has been the family business for decades, but it's harder when you're president and everyone is watching your every move.
🚨 NEWS: In a new court filing, Capital One says Donald Trump’s accounts were closed in 2021 after months of analysis by its anti-money laundering (AML) professionals, not because of politics, as Trump has long claimed. 1/
As we recall the trauma caused by COVID in 2020, we should not forget COVID continues to harm. Many still suffer from Long COVID, people who mask are often harassed, and we haven’t scaled clean air infrastructure. If we truly acknowledge past harms, we should be working to create a better future.
Miles Taylor is right: Trump claims he’s worried about election security while gutting the FBI’s election task force, DHS election teams, ODNI’s threat cells, and now leaving the EAC with zero leadership. Weird way of showing you care. #USDemocracy
If pocket calculators regularly and randomly gave you incorrect answers to your queries like ChatGPT does, we would have left the technology behind, not insisted that 2+2=5 is HERE TO STAY, BABY.
Funny, that’s what we thought about pocket calculators in 1974
