Over the last week I read these two: FANTASTIC LAND by Mike Bockoven and NEFANDO by Mónica Ojeda. Both are polyphonic novels, made of interviews and other accounts, exploring the darkness and driving forces in people. But while FL is pretty ”fun” horror, N is *grueling.* Like, doomscrolling a book.
