Trans women are women. Trans men are men. Trans rights are human rights. The SCOTUS ruling is wrong and stupid. We have to keep fighting. Cis folks, this means us. Not because "they're coming for ___ next," but because fighting for our trans siblings is the right thing to do.

All of the squares for my Berroco #vintageMKAL25 are done! Now I just have to sew them together. Actually they've been done for more than a month, but this year has had a lot of life things and I have been bad about posting. The big things: Good: I'm changing careers! I'm an editor!

I found a large house centipede crawling on the inside of the shower curtain liner this morning, while showering, and got my spouse to come catch it while drying off as fast as finally possible. Him: this is one of the good ones! Me: sure, but that doesn't mean I want it IN THE SHOWER with me!

As a cis woman, I fully agree with this. I do not need to be defended from trans people. They are not a threat. Nazis who want to squash me into their definition of what a woman should be, now.... That is the threat

I would like us to get clear on one thing here: the language used is "Defending Women from Gender Ideology Extremism" and as a woman, I need you to know that any person who is asking to be "defended" from trans people is a nazi period. This is for nazis and only for nazis.

I'm knitting a blanket! It's half way done, as long as you ignore the border. Which is going to make all the rest of the hexes take longer. But we're going with "halfway" for motivational purposes. 🧶 #knitting #FairIsle

A knitted blanket on a wood floor. The blanket is partially complete, made of 12 (so far) tiling hexagons with a black background and abstract/floral patterns in purples and teals. Three of the outer hexes have thick black edging on two sides, but all the other edges are unfinished and awaiting more hexes. Unfinished ends trail off of many of the edges.
