For three years, my lovely wife has worked her butt off making this garden. It was once lawn, but lots of hard work turned it into a mulberry tree, rhubarb, corn, green beans, a strawberry patch… Garden lovers out there, can you please say if this garden rocks? Want to show her some positivity.

The best game I've played yet. I got tarpitted at 3 achievements, only to see a player, in one turn, play computers into robotics into software into fission into NUCLEAR WINTER. I cry. I love this game.

Oh goodie, I get to pull out my English Lit degree! To be fully transparent, I haven’t read Wilson’s translation, and I haven’t seen the new movie. But what I love is how discussion is being had, real honest discussion about translation and meaning and context. I just hope most is in good faith.

Dear Toddler OS devs, I greatly appreciate the frequency of the Verbal, Motor, and Curiosity Mode patches. They are delightful features! However, it seems the Emotion Regulation patches do not release with the same speed, creating notable system meltdowns. Is this a deliberate production choice?

This was a phenomenal game that wasn’t afraid of trying something new. Without it, we wouldn’t have gotten Hades. If a game studio you like takes a big experimental swing, support them - you never know what might come of it.

Fuck off. If anything is "millennial", it's those cool transparent colors our iMacs, Gameboys, and Tamagotchis came in. No fucking millennial likes the house flipper grey. Call it a millennial paint job when I can see through the exterior of a car because it's Glacier Purple like my GBA.

to me, the compounding games industry crises are about the shattering of a convenient illusion that video games were an island separate from the world and unfortunately the world has come knocking. What was an escape for many is now just another reminder of how dire the global economy is, and why.
