Of course republicans don’t have solutions for any of our problems—cause they aren’t problems to them. THIS is exactly what they wanted—unregulated markets & unmitigated power. Like all bullies and crooks and grifters and rapists, they just want to TAKE. There is nothing else.

despite what your local fb community group may want you to believe, there is a public threshold for watching r*pists & r*cists get away with heinous crimes—most folk don’t want to be aligned with a movement that hurts people

every day I’m reminded all of this suffering is because a few disaffected men wanted to say slurs and hurt women without consequences—as if there was ever a reality in which they couldn’t do that

For me, the hardest thing about stories like the Cornell gang rape case isn’t reading the initial details—although that is hard. What’s even harder is when men online, especially the journalists and pundits, start trying to combat the feminist outrage by purposefully seeding doubt and victim-blaming

I literally don’t know a single woman who hasn’t been raped, stalked, groped, harassed, or sexually violated in some way at some point in their life. If you choose to doubt and dox survivors, just know every woman in your life is disgusted by you.

What about her future? What about how hard she worked to be there? What is to become of her life now? What process of justice could possibly right these wrongs? And how much more will she lose in the process of trying to get it? How much more of this are we all supposed to tolerate?

every year for work I have to sit through no less than 5 training modules on SA & title 9–meanwhile the upper echelons of cornell are basically sanctioning r*pe on campus so long as you write an “I’m sorry you were offended” essay about it later

January 2025: I’m a trad wife who thinks women who work should be burned at the stake, please ignore the $50,000 I make on insta posting butter I had my servant churn Today: did you know women are people? I promise never to sell you gals out again unless its convenient

every man who upholds the systems that not only protect men who hurt women but promote them too is culpable—we all have to share this world together and if half the population is making it unsafe for the other half, that’s obviously a huge problem

really don’t want to hear from another unfuckable loser about how feminism isn’t needed & how the sexes basically equal—you are directly responsible for a truly staggering amount of violence perpetrated against women & I hope one day that guilt buries you

the unfortunate thing about SA is that it’s usually mundane—not perpetrated by a secret cabal but by some young boys never told “no” who grew into some young men who have never faced any consequences for their bad behavior

i really can’t bring myself to care about AI anthropomorphism debates. “is AI thinking?” i don’t know. is a calculator calculating? questions for the philosophers. what’s important is that we put sam altman in prison.

no one cares about the name of some stupid lake—they care that they can’t afford groceries or gas and if you’re a news outlet, THAT’S what you should be focusing on since this administration clearly wants you distracted from it

republicans will say to your face that you & everyone you love should be eradicated and your establishment dem representative will respond by calling for a bipartisan compromise—then wonder why you want to vote for a progressive candidate to take their place

“Did those progressive’s 2021 tweets prove woke 1 went too far?” asks the TV presenter as Donald Trump murders people indiscriminately and posts video of himself dancing on their graves

I think the root of many problems is that there is a sizable contingent of folk who RESENT being asked to consider anyone but themselves and have made it their business to make it illegal to ever have to be a considerate, compassionate, or empathetic person
