Groundworkers from NY to NC came to Michigan for GOTV to help score more big wins for the socialist project. We’re all rooting for @donavanmckinney.bsky.social and one of our own, Groundworker @313cgh.bsky.social, to emerge victorious tonight and further build the nationwide socialist pole.
Cori Bush losing again validates this, btw. Palestine is an issue that works in the left's favor but it isn't a cheat code. You still need to run good candidates, you still need to be strongest on the issues voters prioritize or ensure that they prioritize the issues that you're strongest on.

At our July Chapter Meeting, STL DSA voted to endorse a NO vote on Amendments 4 & 5. These two endorsements are in addition to our already endorsed candidates, Cori Bush and Jimmy Lappe. Early voting is open now and election days is Aug. 4!

E-Scooters Are Now Blocked On Busy Stretch Of Sheridan Road In Edgewater
The city enacted geofencing on Sheridan Road that prevents e-scooters from being used due to safety concerns. Ald. Leni Manaa-Hoppenworth is working to get e-bikes restricted in the area, too.

It's somewhat remarkable and completely unfamiliar to the public outside of unions, but even most unions are much less democratic than DSA. Civic life is so diminished in this country.

This is the expected, and dumbest, outcome. Passing over Georgia (the obvious choice for an early state) to pick South Carolina is not about empowering Black voters. It’s about keeping the Old Guard of the party in charge and marginalizing the left of the party.
