Ethereum Beacon Chain Blackjack 🃏 For funsies could someone create a program that reads the Ethereum consensus layer, sees the validators selected from the selected committee, and simulate a blackjack game where the block proposer is the dealer and the attesters are blackjack players?

Young Metro could make a ton of money if he became a smart contract auditor & his stamp of approval was on codebases. "Trusted by Young Metro" stamps on the project page will certify Young Metro trusts them. A stamp with bullet holes indicates he doesn't trust the project.

Some of ya'll may not be able to see your blood relatives for the holidays this year, by choice or otherwise. Remember that family is who you choose and "𝐟𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐲" is very real and very special.

I hung out with the EigenLayer team. They handed me a tab of something. "What is this?" "It will show you the future - EIPs yet to be written, multilayered hypothecation, and the radical multi-chain experience." Now I see liquid staking derivatives the way our God desired us to.

please stop joining the federated network social experimenting on moderation and promptly complaining about the moderation experiments and the decentralization

Fun accomplishment for me: I severely overextended myself with fun jobs and volunteer stuff, so tonight I ripped the band-aid off and left one of those gigs. I am still overextended, but have steadily increased how often I say no :) I blame all of my friends doing cool projects.

You know there are bad communities with infighting and drama and such. And then there is the Internet Computer (ICP). The Internet Computer is like if you were creating a play about a larp about a useless cryptocurrency community.

we’re a small team, working as hard as we can, juggling multiple priorities to build a usable social app at the same time as a decentralized social protocol. we chose to do this hard mode (both protocol and product) so we could show, not tell, that the AT Protocol works. thanks for kicking the tires

I'm in the middle of CERT training so I'm ready for emergencies like forest fires, and I freaking love the philosophy! Very mutual aid adjacent. Not rugged independence, more like everyone can be prepared to help, and big outside organizations aren't going to be there for you at least at first

"What's the matter? Is something wrong?" "Wrong? No, no, everything's just..." "I'm not even sure I know who I am." "Well, we can certainly straighten you out on that." "Just who are you?" "I'm your better self, your subconscious self." "My what?" "Your better self."

Anyone going to the Consensus conference in Austin in 10 days? The tickets are $2k 😬 so I will probably drive down and just meet up with friends and stuff during it instead of actually attending....or sneak in 🤫
