An Eisenkot led coalition including the democrats and Arab parties would be radically different to this Israeli government. It would be still be miles from most solidarity views of course (would vote Hadash or ST party) but it would be a massive temporary relief
Part of the problem that many liberal Zionists have not fully dealt with is that if "liberal Zionism" means anything, it has to mean full support for a two-state solution, which puts you in opposition not just to Netanyahu, but to every Israeli political party except Hadash and the Arab parties.

Israel is on a destructive and self-destructive spiral and it cannot break out of it without external intervention. Those who are shielding Israel from accountability form a much greater risk to the future of Jewish Israeli society (and diaspora Jews) than critics like Mamdani.
