One thing still missing in many GWAS pipelines: chrX analysis... In this study from @ajhgnews.bsky.social, Mefford et al. explore X-GWAS across 48 UKBB traits and as expected, ~3% of trait heritability comes from chrX. Looks like it’s time we start doing this! www.cell.com/ajhg/fulltex...
