The Democrats' failure to actually support trans people is obnoxious for a few reasons. First, I'd like to live, thanks. Second, it's a losing strategy. There's already an entire 'our whole thing is we hate trans people' party.

All they need to do is amend the Equality Act to make it clear facility access isn't restricted to pure 'birth sex'. All they need to do is stop listening to transphobe campaign groups and lift the youth care bans. But they don't. Because they capitulated in opposition, and never came back.
