NEW: Police in Wisconsin used Flock to determine that a man “travels to Michigan frequently,” where marijuana is legal, then back to Wisconsin, where it is illegal. They then used his travel across state lines as tracked by Flock as part of the probable cause justification to search his car.

Cops Used Flock to Track a Man Across State Lines to Create Pretext to Search His Car for Weed

"The vehicle travels to Michigan frequently which is a known source state for marijuana as it is legal there," a probable cause justification reads.

Good on her… but a week ago she accused him of blaming all his problems on Jewish Americans and now she’s fine endorsing him, basically admitting that was either a lie or not something she truly cared about. Just masterful politicking from the establishment again.

A gracious concession: “I want to congratulate Abdul El-Sayed on winning the Democratic nomination for U.S. Senate. He is a doctor, a community health official, a Rhodes Scholar, and a dedicated Michigander. I am proud to offer my support as he takes on Mike Rogers in the general election…

with this fucking internal enemies memorandum, prosecution of people for opposing fascism, and the credible threats of way worse to come, it's genuinely irresponsible to be leading credence to this socialist menace nonsense. if you're platforming this line of argument you are insane

i refuse to read theory because i also just refuse to read but i assume that the joint democrat-republican red scare we are getting about the dsa really is a predictable step in capital defending itself against its own excesses

again think about the choices that are made in the media to cover Mamdani's call for Netanyahu's arrest as if it is extremist hate speech or an incitement to violence in context of both the domestic popularity and international elite consensus around the issue.

Thank you Rep McGarvey for becoming the 76th cosponsor of the Block The Bombs Act! After more than 1000 days of Israel's ongoing genocide in Gaza, it is more important than ever to finally enforce US and international law and prevent Israel from using US-made weapons to massacre civilians.

went down to the centrist convention. they’re all shaking and crying, I heard one guy say “I’m starting to think a better world IS possible.” the lady next to him slapped him in the face

Out on a run and came across a couple having a break up. The woman yelled that the guy cared more about “his YouTube videos” than her. Fully expected it to be some Andrew Tate shit until he sheepishly said “trains mean so much to me but you’ve never understood that”

Happy Pride Month. If you're a gay man, please remember your power. People often think that gay men are innately fashionable, which means if you wear some stupid shit for long enough, straight people, including homophobes, will copy you and then you can laugh at them.

it's certainly interesting to watch every single person in the oil industry repeat in a monotone “we are 3 to 6 weeks away from the worst energy crisis in history”, supply chain people with thousand yard stares, every single macroeconomist I know is benchmarking against 2008, etc and then meanwhile
