Tiny tip if you want to share what you posted here on discord. When you copy and paste the html of the post, change "bsky" to "psky" and Discord will show an actual embedded preview of your post on there. Users will still need a blue sky account to go to the post but it helps show your work around.
If you’re just activating and using your account, make sure to follow SkyWatch and subscribe to their mute lists, then manually block all the folks on those lists: fascists, transphobes, trolls and bots etc. You can also tag them for problematic accounts you come across. @skywatch.bsky.social
